M.Ed Graduate Program Worksheets

The M.Ed Graduate Degree Program Worksheet and Advising Plan should assist students in determining their final program of study and anticipated date of graduation. Students can obtain these worksheets from the Department of Health Promotion by picking one up from the Health Promotion Department Office (BHS 311) or by requesting they be sent by calling the Health Promotion Department Office at (702) 895-4030.

• The Graduate Degree Program Worksheet identifies the required Health Promotion core, Research core, plus the 12 hours of electives that a student desires to be included in the program of study.

• The Advising Plan Worksheet identifies the anticipated semesters for the completion of each course.

It is suggested that prior to the student's first meeting with either the graduate coordinator, the department chair, or the assigned advisor both sheets be completed as thoroughly as possible.
