Licensure and Non-Licensure Field Experience* Application Deadlines

Licensure: School Health Education: Student Teaching

• Applications for Spring are due by November 1.
• Summer: At this time there is no Student Teaching in the Summer.
• Applications for Fall are due by May 1.

Application can be picked up in the College of Education Field Placement Office (CEB 109)

*A 2.75 GPA is needed for all health education licensure students.

Non-Licensure: Community Health Education: Internship

• Applications can be picked up from and submitted to the Department of Health Promotion Office in the Bigelow Health Sciences (BHS) 331.
• Applications for Fall are due by March 20th.
• Applications for Spring are due by October 20th.
• Applications for Summer (which are only granted in cases of extreme hardship) are due by March 10th.
